Schuham Builder's Supply is a wholesale distributor, working with commercial grade hardware. Our building contains a factory, where we can fabricates custom steel frames & doors, architectural wood doors and an office area for clerical and sales staff. SBS's primary target market is general contractors, architects, masons, and maintenance department heads. Our material is installed in commercial buildings such as office buildings, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, etc. Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional customer service and a wide range of architectural hardware. SBS is approved to fire rate doors and frames by Underwriters Laboratory and Warnock Heresy. SBS has a top of the line computer program that allows staff to respond to the customer's needs in a short span of time.

We are well known in the City of Chicago for our same day solutions and quick response time. Schuham Builder's is composed of approximately ten multi cultural backgrounds. We have bilingual sales persons in Spanish, Polish, and Korean.

Our sales personnel are trained and knowledgeable in blue print reading, building, fire, and handicap codes to meet the City of Chicago and surrounding area's building requirements.

Schuham Builder’s Supply’s goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All Cash sales must be paid in full before order can be processed.

Return Policy

Return/exchange due to shipping error, defect, or damage, contact us within 30 days from receipt.
Special Order items are non-refundable. (Includes – hollow metal frames, doors, welded frames, borrowed lites and wood doors.)

Returns with original receipts up to 30 days:

Any purchases made by:

Credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
Cash or with a debit card will be refunded in cash or check.
Check that has cleared the 15 day waiting period will be refunded with check.
Material must be in original carton and in good working condition.

Returns without a receipt:

Account may be issued a credit based on the lowest selling price of the returned merchandise.
Cash returns will be issued a check based on the lowest selling price of the returned merchandise.
All material must be in original carton and in good working condition

Cancellations:

Cancellations of any welded or prepaid material is non-refundable. (Includes – hollow metal frames, doors, borrowed lites and wood doors.)
If able to return to stock, cancellation of any order may be subject to restocking fees.

Delivery on cash orders:

Delivery charges apply
Orders must be prepaid.

Schuham Builders Supply reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise any time for any reason.
